The Bake Mama

Owaze Foods began with a simple desire — to explore a passion for baking and create something meaningful for family and community.

What started in a home kitchen as a journey to improve baking and pastry skills quickly became something truly loved. Baked goods were shared with family, neighbours, and friends — and before long, the name "Bake Mama" stuck. A reputation for bringing people together through food made with care and love.

One of the most cherished moments? Gathering kids in the kitchen to bake cupcakes together. The laughter, the excitement, the joy of creating something from scratch. Because it has always been about more than food — it's about connection, learning, and sharing.

"One night, I woke up with a thought —this could be more than just baking."

That small idea became the beginning of Owaze Foods. Most of the early work happened in the evenings, after three boys were asleep. That quiet time in the kitchen became a space to experiment, create recipes, and build something from the ground up — paying attention to every detail, making sure each product was made with care and intention.

As word spread, the encouragement from the community meant everything. Hearing people say it was the best banana bread they had ever tasted gave the confidence to grow and keep going.
